You'll have the opportunity to taste and purchase an array of wines and ports in selected boutique wineries, as well as an option to include a cheese tasting. A highlight of the day is a gourmet lunch at renowned Esca Restaurant, Bimbadgen Estate - winner of the Best Tourism Winery at the prestigious Australian Tourism Awards 2006/2007. Esca's location offers fantastic views over the Estate's famous vineyards. Lunch is three course a la carte and includes a bottle of Estate Range wine and the option of a free range tasting in the members private tasting room, hosted by a member of Bimbadgen's Cellar Door team. To enhance the indulgence of your Hunter Valley experience, we visit the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company which offers a tantalising range of premium hand-made chocolates. Your day concludes with an exhilarating scenic flight south to Sydney, tracking directly over the Harbour Bridge and Opera House before landing back at Rose Bay.
