Get ready to treat your team to a fun and challenging cooking game that is simple and very effective in highlighting the benefits of teamwork, co-operation and negotiation in the workplace!
Upon your group's arrival at our venue, you'll be met by our experienced chefs and given a brief introduction to the process of the cooking event.
Your chef will demonstrate the courses to be cooked and then it's your teams turn to try to recreate the meal. The strategic goal is to produce for the group a three course meal on the BBQ, ready for the group to enjoy all at the same time. Team members will need to work together to achieve the tasks, where communication is key to the success! There is even a tutorial on how to select the perfect wines to match their BBQ creations.
At the conclusion of the cooking challenge, all team members can share their success by enjoying their creations together. Throughout the cooking class challenge, points will be awarded the teams and at the conclusion of the event prizes will be awarded.
This team event offers an opportunity for employees to engage in a competitive exercise whilst gaining great skills in a fun learning and team focused environment!
