The Team Bake Off is the perfect team building activity that provides a very tasty outcome!Communicate, co-operate and articulate your way to team (and bread) perfection! This 3 to 5 hour team building session focuses on strengthening ties and opening-up the lines of communication between colleagues through the ancient craft of artisan baking. The session will involve a series of bread-making challenges that will contribute to a final (secret) product that will be baked in our ovens, and delivered to your office the next day. The artisan bread baking session not only helps the team to bond, but also gives individuals some baking skills so they can bake their own bread at home. This activity is very hands on and allows people to be creative whilst having a lot of fun at the same time.
