Your Cook Up will be as follows: THE ''SURPRISE'' START - Join us for a breakfast, lunch or dinner. For most teams it's a surprise to discover they're about to create their own restaurant! Everyone will enjoy a canape on arrival, then we'll explain how the cook-up will progress. Following a few quick safety issues, we'll deliver the analogies between your work environment and a restaurant kitchen, then liven up the event with some music. THE BIG 'COOK-UP' - The group will be placed in teams. Each team enjoys the benefit of their own experienced chef/cook who'll encourage them to get involved in preparing dishes to create a magnificent buffet. You'll learn how to chop, fry, sizzle, flambee, bbq and bake. BRING ON THE WAIT STAFF! Having finished as the chefs, you'll now become the wait staff as you create an ?Italian Long Lunch? style table setting. Everyone gets involved in setting the table and making it look fantastic.
