For a 'Devil' of a ride on a Jet Boat travelling up to approximately 80 kmph - head to New Norfolk, only half an hours drive from Hobart along the Lyell Highway (A10). The 30 minute ride on the Devil Jet on the upper reaches of the Derwent River, involves skimming over rapids, 360 degree spins, veering close to the willow trees, and manoeuvering skilfully between exposed rocks. Devil Jet caters for all ages and all gear and life jackets are provided. This unique Australian experience operates 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 adults, and the boat can seat 12 passengers.
