You will receive the following cheese selection in the tasting kit. The cheeses are listed in the order that we recommend you enjoy them. To ensure we provide you with the best cheese of the season, if any of the brands below are unavailable, we will replace them with one of equal quality. * 1 x 170g Jindi Supreme, this is a triple cream, soft centre cheese with rich cream butter flavour and is best matched with a champagne or lighter style, white wine,
* 1 x 300g Heidi Tilsit, this is a sumptuous cheese with a rich, dense, semi-hard texture and is best matched with a fruity Verdelho or a fermented Chardonnay,
* 1 x 150g Jannei Buche Noir, this is a round, soft goats cheese. It is best to use this cheese sliced or crumbled in a salad, baked or add it to a cheese platter for the'wow? effect and it is best matched with a Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc,
* 1 x 200g Milawa Cow Camembert - try this cheese with an oak-matured Chardonnay or light Pinot Noir,
